Az Ifjúsági Téli Olimpiai Játékok 2012 éremtervező pályázata

Minden érdeklődő számára nyitott a felhívás, hogy tervezze meg az első Ifjúsági Téli Olimpiai Játékok érmeit. Az Ifjúsági Téli Olimpiai Játékok 2012. január 13-22. között kerülnek megrendezésre Innsbruckban. Az érem első oldalának tervét arany, ezüst és bronz változatban is el kell készíteni, és a terveket magyarázó rövid leírással együtt kell benyújtani.

A felhívás szerint azt is várják a pályázóktól, hogy saját design tervekeit általuk létrehozott közösségi oldalakon népszerűsítsék. Az oldalakat a pályázat lezártáig kell működtetni. Május 4. és június 30. között zajlik majd a nyilvános szavazás, amely során az első tíz legjobb tervre lehet javaslatot tenni. A közönség által kiválasztott tíz legnépszerűbb pályamunka alapján egy különleges zsűri fog dönteni a győztes műről.

A pályázatok beküldési határideje: 2011. április 29.

Make history with the first Winter Youth Olympic Games! We’re giving you a unique opportunity to create the design of the first Winter Youth Olympic Games medal and win a VIP trip to Innsbruck 2012. You can submit your design until 29th April 2011 midnight CET.

Step 1: Get the tools: Download the toolkit by clicking on the link below. You’ll find all the information you need to get started straight away.

Step 2: Be creative: Create a design for the front side of the medal. That’s the only essential bit, but while you’re at it, why not make a video to tell us more about your creative process? You could even start a Facebook page for your design and invite people to become fans…

Step 3: Upload your contribution: When you’re happy with your design, go to ‘Send us your design’ on the menu bar above, and upload it. You can upload your design from March 1st to April 29th 2011.

Step 4: Get the vote: Once your design’s uploaded, it’s time to tell as many people as you can about it. So get on Facebook, MySpace, Weibo or whatever works for you and spread the word ! You need people to visit the design gallery from May 4th to June 30th 2011, view your design and vote for it, because the public vote decides which 10 designs will be presented to the jury.

Step 5: Go to Innsbruck: The jury will choose the winner from the final 10. If it’s you, you’ll be off to Innsbruck 2012 to see the athletes compete for the medals you designed.

The prizes on offer will ensure that the winner not only gets a VIP experience of the Youth Olympic Games, but also gains a unique showcase for their design talent:

A VIP trip for two to the Innsbruck 2012 Youth Olympic Games, including flights, hotel accommodation and entry to the Opening Ceremony and competitions.

A replica of the winter Youth Olympic Games medals.

Promotion will be made around the winning design giving recognition to the designer and his/her work in connection with the first Winter Youth Olympic Games edition.
