„Creative Challenge of Scientific Visualization”  For new opportunities in science communication

Dong-A Science launches „The Science Illustration Contest” to promote the understanding of science and to get more interest from the public about science.

The contest will also be the good opportunity for visual artists to get involved in science communication.

We look forward to your active participation.

* No entries will be returned.

* Submissions of an entry constitutes consent to use the participant’s name and/or photograph, including posting on the organizer’s websites, related print and publications and exhibitions, without compensation unless prohibited.

NOTE

* Entries must be composed of original, authentic, unpublished material and must be the sole property of the participant, not previously submitted in any other contest.

* Incomplete or illegible application forms will be disqualified.

* Organizer shall not be held accountable or responsible for any lost or stolen awards, certificates or entries.

* Prizes can change without notice, depending on changes in availability.

Other details

* The Entry of Special topics can be used for the events of the ‘International Year of CHEMISTRY 2011’.

* Some of the winners can be used for the ‘Today Science’ of NAVER CAST.

* The personal information obtained through the contest is not used that related activities without the contest.

* Depending on assessment results cannot be winners.

* The taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
