V4 + Japan Exchange Year (2014) logópályázat

With the aim of enhancing mutual relations between Japan and the Visegrad Group countries, 2014 is marked as the V4 and Japan Exchange Year.

The International Visegrad Fund (IVF) together with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs (MFAs) of the Visegrad Group (V4) countries and Japan are hereby inviting applicants to submit proposal for a logo of the V4+Japan Exchange Year 2014. The logo shall reflect the friendly relationship between Japan and the Visegrad Group.

Deadline:  October 15, 2013

What to submit:  

1. The logo as e-mail attachment to v4@visegradfund.org
   (formats: AI, EPS, or vector PDF as the logo, and JPEG, GIF, or PNG as its preview; max. size 500 kB, printable on A4 format);
2. Include your name, gender, age, citizenship, and phone number;
3. Definition of the design (max. 100 words).

Please note that only those proposals are accepted which have not been published before and which are not against the law, morality, public order and standards of decency, including slander, and those which violate the rights of any third parties or infringe copyrights.

All rights related to the copyright of the logo will belong to the IVF.

Selection and Announcement of Results

All applications will be reviewed and the best logo will be selected (the proposals will be reviewed together with proposals collected separately by the MFA of Japan). The result of the contest will be announced and the designer of the best work will be notified in November 2013, while at the same time, his/her work will be presented on the homepages of the IVF, the V4 MFAs, and the MFA of Japan.

Award

A small prize will be awarded to the author of the best logo.
