Indonesia National Gallery rezidencia program

Indonézia Nemzeti Galéria 2013-ban első alkalommal hirdeti meg rezidencia programját. A programra indonéziai és külföldi művészek egyaránt jelentkezhetnek, akik 35 évnél fiatalabbak.  Jelentkezési határidő: 2013 július 30.

In 2013, for the first time, Indonesia National Gallery cooperates with ruangrupa to open Residency Program for Indonesian and Foreign Artists. This program is planned to take place routine every year. Through this program, the artist from various backgrounds can be supported to establish creative works and joint research. The artists are expected to develop their creative works through the context of urban, social, political, and contemporary culture in Jakarta. The program expects a dialogue, collaboration, and contemporary arts knowledge transfer within the participant artists, particularly between Indonesian and foreign artists. This residency program can also give valuable experience for participants to develop their potential and carrier in arts field.

Residency will begins from August 14 to 17 September 2013

Terms:

1. The registration of performance Indonesian and Foreign Artist will be done through online registration that can be opened in this website.
2. This residency program will choose two (2) Indonesian artists and four (4) foreign artists under 35 years old. The artists are expected having their own artistic vision and has been undergoing a visual art practice within last three years.

The applicants must submit a project proposal contains CV, profile picture, the reason the applicants want to join this program, and the plan during residency program.

Deadline:

The application is open on July 15, 2013, and will be closed on July 30, 2013.

The selected artist and the result will be announced on August 2, 2013.

Announcement of selected artists will be displayed on the website and via email.

* All applicants will be notified of the results.
